How to use it ?
To appreciate all the sweetness of rock candy, we recommend putting it in the cup or glass when the contents are hot, and removing it with the stick for faster dissolution.

Hundreds of years ago, rock candy or rock candy appeared in the Persian Empire.
Today as before, this type of sugar is obtained from a supersaturated solution of sugar and water which crystallizes on a surface (threads or wooden sticks).
To carry out this crystallization process, water is heated so that there is a greater amount of sugar dissolving at room temperature.
This allows large crystals to form (crystallization), as the solution cools and evaporates (the process takes about a week).
