Ingredients :
- Organic butterfly pea powder
- Milk (vegetable or animal of your choice)
- Agave syrup (or maple syrup)
- Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon (optional)
For 1 cup:
- Dilute a teaspoon of butterfly pea powder in a little water (to dilute the powder well) then add 2 teaspoons of agave syrup + a drop of vanilla extract
- At the same time, froth your soy milk (or other milk of your choice) then pour the hot milk into the mixture butterfly pea powder/sirop d’agave
