It is enough to prepare a concentrate of Buttefly Pea infusions and to incorporate it to your preparation for adding incredible colours to your food.
"In 2017, I discovered my home country for the first time, Laos. Over there, I tasted a surprising infusion made from butterfly pea flowers. Back in France, I tried to find this tisane but failed.
Through Namsaa, I wish to share this beautiful discovery with you but also pay tribute to my roots, my personal history, a return to my origins, to Asian traditional values and to plants' benefits."

FAQs
We source our Butterfly Pea flowers directly from the producer (short circuit without intermediaries) in Northern Thailand.
We work exclusively with small family/solidarity-based farms that practice organic and sustainable agriculture.
They have a delicate hazelnut flavour, slightly sweet.
Brew 5 to 7 flowers of Butterfly Pea in a cup of 250 ml, at 100° for5 minutes.
For a better diffusion of the colour and the benefits, use decalcified water (avoid tap water) like a bottled source water.
There are no restrictions regarding the daily dose of infusions of Butterfly Pea flowers but we recommend one to two cups per day. It's all about balance😉
It isthanks to anthocyanins, colored molecules called flavonics, that the petals have this blue pigment. This molecule change colour according to the pH environment. In an acidic pH below 7, the infusion of Butterfly Pea flowers will turn red-pink. In a neutral pH, it will be blue and in a basic pH, higher than 7, the infusion will turn green-yellow.
The consumption of infusions of Butterfly Pea flowers is possible at any time of the day.
Nevertheless, we recommend it rather at the end of the day for its relaxing and soothing properties.
